It has been announced that the notorious, Brisbane-based restaurant will be permanently moving into a new space at Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments, the very first restaurant to grace the luxurious precinct.

After being open for just a few short years, Delfina's has made an impression on Brisbane locals as the place to be to receive delicious, premium meals with a deluxe, welcoming dining experience. Specialising in creating Australian cuisine with a European twist, Delfina's will certainly create an incredible experience to the houseguests.

The homely dishes of quality is what enticed Alex Perry & and Apartments General Manager, Craig Barber, to introduce the restaurant to the hotel.

“I have had the opportunity to enjoy the innovative fare provided when dining with Delfina's Bistro at their current location and I am excited by the opportunity to expose more of our houseguests to the experience,” said Barber.

As part of their partnership, Delfina's will also be servicing the hotels breakfast and room service selections. These include a Butler Mini Bar and gourmet room delivered Pantry Packs as just some of the room service options to ensure every guests stay is just as delicious as the hotels impeccable offerings.

The restaurant will be serving some of their most popular meals, including Peppered Yellow Fin Tuna, Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder and for dessert, the mouth-watering Mango & Tonka Panna Cotta. In celebration of their new space, Delfina's will be undergoing a few exciting restaurant updates, including the introduction of exclusive, house-made sparkling wines and waters, as well as syrups for soft beverages and cocktails.

Managing Director of Delfina's Bistro, Kelly-Ann Ashton has stated that the partnership with Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments will take the dining experience of Fortitude Valley to the next level.

“We're very excited about joining forces with the Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments team, the Alex Perry brand is world renowned and we are thrilled to be partnering with them here in Brisbane to really raise the bar in the Fortitude Valley precinct,” said Ashton.

A welcoming, comfortable experience is what the hotel aims to provide to all of their guests. As one of the exclusive dining opportunities offered by Delfina's, guests will be able to swap the restaurants traditional seating for the kitchen bench, where they can see chefs up-close and in action while they dine.

“A quality in house food and beverage offering was required to complete the wonderful experience enjoyed by guests when staying at Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments and we believe that the partnership with Delfina's Bistro will provide this key ingredient,” said Barber.

What's more, the stunning rooftop experience will be made even better (as if that was even possible), with Chef Experience Dinners and BBQ experiences allowing guests to relax and take in the sunset views over Brisbane as a chef cooks for them. Or if they prefer to cook themselves, guests can have a BBQ Hamper delivered to their room.

These are just a few of the exciting offerings made by Delfina's Bistro, with exclusive pre-dinner canapes and cocktails served to guests on the rooftop every Friday, as well as degustation dinners and wine tastings being available upon request.
