10 Reasons you're way too good to be stalking his ex

Reasons you shouldn't be stalking and worrying about his ex

Ladies, deny it to your man as much as you like, but sometimes we can't resist the urge to seriously stalk obsess over his ex girlfriend.

Regardless of what your man's situation is with his ex – whether she is in the picture or not – sometimes you just can't help but over think about it, which leads to obsessing and stalking, which leads to endless fights about something so trivial.

Reasons you shouldn't be stalking his ex

Ladies, here are the top 10 reasons you really shouldn't fret over his ex.

1. It's immature.

Consider yourself a #GIRLBOSS... Think again. You wouldn't fall down on the floor and throw a tantrum when things don't go your way, so why would you act like an immature little girl when it comes to his ex. If there is something you really want to know, maybe just ask him then forgive and forget, let karma do its thing.

Let carma worry about his ex

2. You're someone else's ex.

Just take a moment to image your ex boyfriend's (cringe – we know but hear us out) new partner obsessing over and hating on you...

3. His past is part of who he is.

We're all grown up's here; you should be able to talk about past situations without making a big deal out of it. If he openly talks about his past without bitterness it doesn't mean he is still hung up on her, it means he is mentally healthy and has moved on.

4. You're letting her win.

Being caught up on his ex is going to inevitably start arguments and can jeopardise your relationship.

5. You're undermining yourself.

Being hung up on her means you aren't accepting the fact that he wants YOU. Don't self yourself short.

Reasons you shouldn't be worrying about his ex

6. Your relationship is so much better!

Well he is with you and not her for a reason right!?

Reasons you shouldn't be worrying about his ex

7. Judging only highlights your insecurities.

Sitting around with your girlfriends and judging the way she does her hair, takes her selfies and what she posts on Facebook just brings out your insecurities.

8. You aren't hung up on your ex.

You're not daydreaming about your ex right!? Your new relationship is SO MUCH BETTER, so why would you think your man is hung up on his?

Hell no you shouldn't be worrying about his ex

9. She's not in your relationship.

So don't let her get in the way.

10. There is a reason she is his ex. He is with you now. So calm your stalking!

Reasons you shouldn't be worrying about his ex

Ladies, of course this list only applies to worthy guys. If you can't trust him, what are you doing with him anyhow?!

Kiss It Better: RiRi gets hot and heavy in new music video

Rihanna looks hot and sexy in new music video called kiss it better

Just to add to the influx of news-worthy videos today, our favourite bad girl, Rihanna has dropped a super steamy video for her new track, 'Kiss It Better'.

The song, off her most recent album, 'Anti', is the perfect mix of Rock and R&B and has soared to the top of the charts.

A photo posted by badgalriri (@badgalriri) on

The video is completely in black & white and features RiRi draped in a thin, sheer sheet and not a lot else! Looking as incredible as ever, we can promise that our girl, Ri will have your undivided attention for the full 4 minutes.

After 'Work', featuring some serious action with Drake, we didn't think it could get any hotter, but we have to say 'Kiss It Better' takes the cake. Flaunting her well-known views on 'Free the Nipple', we predict record views for this sizzling clip. As always, we can see the backlash on the horizon, but don't worry RiRi, we've got your back. If you've got it, flaunt it. You go girl.

Beyonces looks 'HOT AF' in Topshop's Ivy Park video launch

Beyonce looks hot in campaign video launch for Ivy Park for Topshop in black leotard

Queen Bey has hit yet another home run with her new video announcing her collaboration with Topshop. 'Ivy Park', named after both the singer's beautiful bub, and favourite childhood work out spot, will be a collection of active wear completely designed by Beyonce herself.

A photo posted by IVY PARK (@weareivypark) on

The line will boast over 200+ pieces perfect for a session in the gym or just a girl on the go. Ranging from crops to sweats there's sure to be something for everyone.

The video shows Beyonce sweating up a storm, looking sexy as hell, and you even get a glimpse of little Blue Ivy. Check out the clip and we dare you not to be inspired.

So there you have it. If you're not pumped and ready to hit the gym after that, I doubt you'll ever be. 'Ivy Park' hits the shelves on April 14 and we just know it will be as sexy and successful as Beyonce herself, (if that's even possible!).

celebrities wearing denim skirt trend for autumn winter 2016

It's the 90's staple that made its way out of wardrobes when the Spice Girls fizzled out and discman's became iPods. This autumn sees the return of the denim skirt and we couldn't be happier! Why would we be excited to add the bulky, shapeless piece back into our lives you ask? Well, the modernised denim skirt now comes in so many different cuts and designs that there is a definintely a number to flatter any and every figure. Read on my loves, so you can easily wear the denim skirt like a fashion blogger or stylist during the cooler months.

Don't fret
First thing's first. Remember that the denim skirt is just as versatile as a pair of skinny jeans, basically - anything goes!

Make a statement
Let the skirt be the statement piece of your outfit. Let your vintage, high-rise mini shine by complementing it with miminalistic touches. Try a wardrobe basic, like a crisp button-down shirt, with some strappy sandals or your favourite espadrilles.

Keep it simple
Your denim mini or midi invites you to look effortlessly stylish. Wear it with a darker toned, loose tee, a knitted cardigan and a pair of ankle boots.

Dress it up
Heading out for a casual but romantic night in the city during the cooler months? Try a Selena inspired look with an A-line skirt, lace up bodysuit, blazer and thigh high boots.

6 ways you can easily make money from your own home

Woman with coffee on computer

Do you have a 9-5 job yet still find yourself living pay cheque to pay cheque? Whether you're working full time, part time or freelancing, it's never a bad idea to consider additional income streams. Thanks to the internet and the rise of the sharing economy, it's never been easier to boost your bank account. Here are 6 ways to make an extra dollar online without having to leave the house.

Sell items online

Are you scared to reveal how high your wardrobe turnover rate is? If you have piles of unworn or unwanted clothing, don't let it go to waste! Sell them online via Ebay, an app or even through your social media networks. Set aside one day to take good photos of all the clothes you're planning to sell and include as much detail as possible in your listing. If you've got crafty fingers and specialise in hand-made cards, stationary or jewellery, why not set up a virtual shop on Etsy and sell your creations? A little creativity and effort can go a long way in generating some extra cash.

Type Away

If you're a skilled writer, editor or have good communication skills, put them to good use by taking on freelance copy writing jobs. There are many businesses out there looking for people to help with content creation including website content, articles, guest blog posts, social media content and email newsletters. If you specialise in a specific industry and can contribute expertise on niche topics, whether it's in health and fitness, technology or finance, indicate this in your portfolio and freelance resume as a key selling point. Leverage your networks to get the word out and the opportunities will come flowing.

Test Websites

In the digital age we live in today, a website can make or break a business. As a result, it's now very common for organisations to hire user testing contractors and agencies, to consistently monitor and improve a company's website and overall browsing experience. This is where you can come in and benefit. Sign up to user testing platforms and get compensated for road testing new websites, mobile apps and prototypes. You'll be providing genuine value to a business while getting paid for your honest opinion and thoughts.

Fill Out Surveys

Did you know that there is a lot of money to be made by filling out online surveys? Similar to testing websites, businesses are continuously striving to understand their customers – whether it's their behaviour, attitudes or preferences. Look into different survey companies and opt for the ones that are relevant to you as a demographic, and then start sharing your thoughts. The compensation packages can vary between cash payments and gift vouchers.

Sell Your Skills

The rise of the sharing economy has facilitated a host of online community marketplaces. One example is Airtasker, where you can browse and pick jobs that suit your expertise and schedule. For example, if you have a creative background, accept tasks like designing logos, brochures, business cards and websites. Alternatively, you can also act as someone's virtual assistant and lend a helping hand with IT or admin tasks. Essentially, you can choose to take on as little or as many jobs you want, and even complete them in the comfort of your PJ's at home.

Establish A Personal Brand and Start Blogging

If you have an interest in a specific topic, why not start a blog? The blogging sphere is very saturated these days, which means in order for you to achieve success and monetise from it, you need patience, commitment and perseverance. Blog on a topic you're genuinely passionate about and make sure your content is unique and valuable. Once you've accumulated a healthy following, you can make money from blogging through advertising with companies like Google AdSense, or through affiliate networks. You can also create your own products, like downloadable e-books, e-zines and guides.

Instagram launches longer videos and algorithm update

Gigi Hadid taking selfie

Instagram hasn't been everybody's bestie with the announcement of the app launching an algorithm order. However, the app is getting back into our good books with the introduction of 60 second videos; an exclusive feature that had only previously been offered to advertisers.

According to a statement published to the apps blog, the decision has been made due to an increase of 40% of videos over the past 6 months. This means that we can now watch even longer fashion clips by our favourite designers.

If you're still upset about the algorithm order announcement, than we have exciting news! It has been reported that the algorithm order will only be featured for the first 4 to 6 posts of your feed, and then will automatically switch back to chronological order. So fear not, your Instagram feed won't just be filled of Kardashian selfies!
