Style how-to: Recreate this stylish bloggers outfit

Style guide recreate blogger outfits Harper and Harley

Have you ever scrolled through the Instagram feed of your favourite bloggers, wishing you too could invest in all that designer apparel? We’re here to tell you that you don’t need a bank account full of zero’s to look stylish. And to prove it, we have recreated a stylish, on-trend street style look from one of Australia’s top fashion bloggers.

Here's how you can wear the effortlessly chic yet slightly boyish, exaggerated sleeve look with ease like influential blogger Sara Donaldson from Harper & Harley.

Recreate the outfit Harper and Harley blogger look

Seen on numerous street-style mavens this past Fashion Week, the exaggerated sleeve is a big trend for autumn!

The key to pulling off this look like a blogger is to embrace the oversized with attitude. Pair this Current Elliot Prep School Shirt – which is cut from a lightweight cotton material with a relaxed fit – with the Atmos&Here Iris Jersey Skirt. By pairing the shirt with a skirt and not a slip dress (as seen on Donaldson), you can loosely tuck the shirt into the skirt to create more shape.

Accessories with some mixed metal arm candy worn over the sleeve. We love the look of the masculine Armani Exchange Outer Banks Watch – adding an androgynous feel – styled with the more dainty ChloĆ© Darcey Round Cuff.

For footwear, the two-toned Beau Coops Chap Grigio brogues perfectly complement the androgynous look. This season, you can’t go wrong with any shoe that has a touch of metallic detail. Finally add a feminine touch to the outfit with a bright pop of colour on the lips, we love the Yves Saint Laurent Rpc Vernis A Levres in Peche Cerra Cola.
