Join them on Saturday, 23rd July, 2016 at Spring Hill where you will have the opportunity to learn what foods you should be eating to boost your immune system, improve allergy symptoms with a healthy gut and how to incorporate herbs and spices into meals to speed up healing time. You'll also learn how to cook dishes with medicinal properties to help reduce symptoms during cold and flu season, plus you'll be able to indulge in a little taste test! If you have any questions, Unrefined Health and Wellness' Director, Emma Tarrant will also be hosting a Q&A on nutrition, wellness and mental health.

Alongside this comprehensive workshop, they continue to breathe fresh air into the repetitive nature of the gym life. Bootcamp classes are hosted in the great outdoors! You will use your own bodyweight, weights, kettlebells, ropes, tyres, med balls and more to keep your body guessing! With classes running weekly you will find yourself surrounded by like-minded people all while having a blast.


"I am a big believer that health shouldn't be hard; it should be an enjoyable process and it is most definitely a journey in which you are constantly learning about yourself," says Tarrant.


A positive, encouraging environment for everyone to reach their health goals is something that Tarrant is passionate about creating. With their range of services available you can choose from personal training sessions, nutritional and goal-setting consultations - proving it's never too early or too late to be all you can be.
