One of the sweetest trends to have hit our fashion world has to be the obsession with sugary pastel tones. This season, style lovers will indulge in an array of soft fairyfloss', sweet sorbets, baby blues and other hues. These tender and delicate shades are moving their way from down the runway and into our wardrobes.
Recently, Pantone announced the Pantone 15-3919 Serenity, a cool blue, and Pantone 13-1520 Rose Quartz, a warm, pale pink will be next year's colours of the year.
So you could imagine our excitement when we heard that an indulgent world first, pastel pink, Mister Fitz's Finest Ice Cream landed in Fortitude Valley.
The master mind behind this delectable experience is, Restauranteur Damian Griffiths, owner of Alfred & Constance, Doughnut Time, Les Bubbles, Limes Hotel and Chester Street Bakery.
The ice creamery focuses on hand-made, original recipe ice cream and ice cream sandwiches. They will also be offering daily specials, scoops, soft serve and signature milkshakes!
The sugary sweet destination is now open 7 days a week, from 10am until late on Little Street in Fortitude Valley.
Oh, and if that's not exciting enough, Damian Griffiths plans to open a second Mister Fitz in South Bank in a matter weeks!
