Kanye's Yeezy Season 3 Show has everyone totally confused

Yeezy01

Manhattan's Madison Square Garden certainly had a run for it's money (literally) hosting Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 Fashion Show. From debuting his new album "The Life of Pablo" to proclaiming he wished he owned the luxury brand Hermes, West certainly created a show to remember.

Being a long term lover and fan girl of Kanye's work I can't help feeling a little.. eh.. lost for words when it comes to his latest fashion show and not necessarily in a positive way.

His efforts could be best described as.. well.. artistic however was it truly a demonstration of fashion, or was it an an event to fuel his already well established ego?

While most fashion shows run for no more than 10 minutes and have 30-60 looks we are told that Kanye's show ran for 90 minutes.

The overall big idea of Yeezy's Season 3 collection appeared to be artfully distressed streetwear under a super-luxe fur.

While his models wore over-the-knee geometric print socks, and a themed desert palette with Bauhans, his extended family-in-law sported figure hugging looks kitted out in pastel pink colours and fur textures designed by Balmain Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing. Let us just say that they certainly stood out from the dimly-lit crowd.

Another stand out had was of course, Kim Kardashian who only two days prior to the show rocked jet-black braids but for this media affair she shocked with platinum blonde locks.

While all eyes were on the glamorously dressed Kardashian family it didn't go unnoticed that Lamar Odom was present! To everyone's surprise this was his first public appearance since his hospitalisation last year.

The guest list appeared picture perfect with only the most fabulous in attendance such as Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Tyga, Charlie Xcx and A$ap Rocky.

Ironically, Vogue's Contributing Fashion Editor, Lynn Yaeger was reportedly the first member of the 'real' fashion community to walk out of the show.

If it isn't good enough for Vogue then is it really fashion?

Models on the other hand were reportedly given a rather large and demanding list to follow.
