Here's how your favourite VS Angels workout

The countdown is on for the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show! The full cast list has been released and everyone is excited to see both favourites return and fresh faces join. Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner are among the newest Angels that will grace the runway this year. Fashion Weekly have uncovered some of the Angels’ most loved workouts to achieve their angelic bodies.

Barre Body

This ballet inspired workout is a favourite among the Angels. Barre Body is a complete body workout fusing together ballet, yoga and pilates to create a stronger core and lean muscles.

Pilates Reformer

Pilates has recently become a trendy way to stay fit! Many of our favourite celebrities love it too. The workout builds endurance, creates leaner muscles and strengthens your core while burning calories.

Sculpt classes

Utilizing a series of bands, weights and sliding disks, this class works your entire body to sculpt your muscles and create stability. Similar to pilates, this workout focusses on smaller muscles around your hips, butt, thighs, abs, lower back and arms.

Boxing

A favourite among many celebrities, boxing is a great cardio workout. Boxing training involves the co-ordination of many muscle groups working at a will-breaking pace. We can see why the Victoria’s Secret Angels love this workout as it is a great way to burn fat fast!

Circuit training

An oldie-but-a-goodie, circuit training involves a range of high-intensity aerobic exercises. This workout combines strength and cardio to target various parts of your body.
